A delicious fruit pizza dessert!

Ingredients
Glaze
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 Cup lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Dash salt
Crust
- 1 Roll Sugar Cookie Dough You can make your own, or use a store-bought refrigerated roll.
Toppings
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2+ Cups Fruit Peaches and berries work best, but you can use whatever you like.

Instructions
- Mix glaze ingredients in pot. Bring to a boil until thick. Stir constantly to prevent burning and sticking.
- Remove glaze from heat, and allow to cool while making crust.
- Preheat oven to 350° or according to sugar cookie instructions.
- Cut sugar cookie dough into 1/8" slices and place on greased pizza pan. Cookies can over lap.
- Bake cookies in oven for 7 Minutes or until slightly brown.
- Allow cookie crust to cool completely.
- While cookie crust cools, mix together cream cheese topping. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese topping on completely cooled crust. Press fruit into the cream cheese topping.
- Pour glaze over fruit and topping then refrigerate.
