  • 1 Roll Sugar Cookie Dough You can make your own, or use a store-bought refrigerated roll.

Instructions
  1. Mix glaze ingredients in pot. Bring to a boil until thick. Stir constantly to prevent burning and sticking.
  2. Remove glaze from heat, and allow to cool while making crust.
  3. Preheat oven to 350° or according to sugar cookie instructions.
  4. Cut sugar cookie dough into 1/8" slices and place on greased pizza pan. Cookies can over lap.
  5. Bake cookies in oven for 7 Minutes or until slightly brown.
  6. Allow cookie crust to cool completely.
  7. While cookie crust cools, mix together cream cheese topping. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Spread cream cheese topping on completely cooled crust. Press fruit into the cream cheese topping.
  9. Pour glaze over fruit and topping then refrigerate.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour tube pan or three 9" round pans.
  2. Stir dry ingredients together in large bowl.
  3. Stir eggs and oil into dry ingredients.
  4. Add all other ingredient to bowl. Stir until mixed, but do not beat.
  5. Bake in oven until done, approximately 90 minutes. (30 minutes for three 9" round pans.
  6. Mix together frosting ingredients
  7. Frost complete cooled cake.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Cream butter, salt, almond extract, sugar, and egg yolk.
  3. Gradually add flour to mixture.
  4. Form dough into 1" balls. Spread 1" apart on un-greased baking sheet.
  5. Press them into dough balls to create depression. Fill depression with apricot jam.
  6. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Move to wire rack to cool.
  7. Make glaze by adding confectioner's sugar with boiling water until dissolved and thick. Pour over cooled cookies.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Melt butter and chocolate for cookies in double boiler.
  3. Remove from heat and mix with brown sugar and egg.
  4. Mix milk, flour, baking soda, vanilla and nuts. Blend into chocolate mixture.
  5. Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Move to rack to cool.
  6. Make icing. Melt water, chocolate and butter.
  7. Boil ingredients until thick. Add powdered sugar until reaching a spreadable consistency. Spread icing on cooled cookies.

  1. Cream butter and cream cheese together in large bowl on high with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in granulated sugar.
  3. Beat in orange peel and vanilla.
  4. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, mix at low speed.
  5. Stir in pecans. Form dough into large ball.
  6. Wrap ball in wax paper and chill for 30 minutes.
  7. Move rack to upper third of oven and preheat to 400 degrees.
  8. Pull walnut sized pieces off of dough and roll into small balls. Place balls onto baking sheets.
  9. Dip a fork into powdered sugar and press into cookie. Dip into sugar and press into cookie the opposite direction, creating a crosshatch pattern. Cookies should be pressed to 1/4 inch thickness.
  10. Bake until cookies are slightly browns and just set at edges, cookies should still be soft in the center, approximately 7-8 minutes.
  11. Transfer to wire rack and cool completely.
